Terms and Conditions

We ship all orders within 2 business days from receipt of Order and successful completion of payment.   either the BUYER and/or the RECIPIENT, at time of order. 


All orders are sent via USPS or UPS-Ground; and related shipping charges are paid by the BUYER, at the time of their Online Order/Payment.  ** 


** As of 1/1/25, Pickapot is running an Online Special where we'll cover the shipping charge on any ONE paid Order of $60 or more [before sales tax].  


All deliveries must be made within the Continental U.S. and also have a physical street address - no P.O. Box Addresses allowed.


Each paid Order is to be sent to ONE single, physical address location - and, no P.O. Box addresses allowed.  


Shipping:  We ship each order to just (1) single, physical address location - no P.O. Box addresses are allowed. If sending our product(s) as a gift to another, please first be sure your Recipient isn't allergic to succulent plants and/or this type of unique gardening activity.  :)

Customer Satisfaction:  Let us know how we're doing, please!  If your potting experience produced a fun little activity, please feel free to share a picture of that whimsical potting experience and also comment whether our concept and functionality has met your expectations as it relates to "value" of this new business idea!  Thank you and come back to visit us soon!  As well, feel free to email us a picture of your potted creation.  We'll then do our best to remedy the situation as best/fair as possible.  Likewise, if you're unhappy with your purchase upon delivery/receipt [due to any content damage] please email us (3) three clear pictures of the evidencing the damage/issue with your shipment, along with a brief explanation about the shipping/product issue that was encountered.  We'll do our best to assist and resolve any concern  right away.  JUST EMAIL US:  orders@pickapot.us  and be sure to include related photos, a brief explanation and also a clear  copy of your paid receipt, with your email.  Thank you and have a great day!

** CHOKING HAZARD(S) WARNINGS:    OUR PRODUCTS ARE NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN UNDER 3 YEARS OLD.   MANY OF OUR ITEMS ARE VERY SMALL (MINIATURE-SIZE)  PLASTIC AND METAL PIECES AND ARE CONSIDERED TO BE CHOKING HAZARD(S).  OUR PRODUCTS, INCLUDING DECORATIVE ORNAMENTS/EMBELLISHMENTS, ARE NOT "TOYS".  PLEASE KEEP ALL OF OUR PRODUCTS AWAY FROM CHILDREN 3 YEARS OLD AND YOUNGER.  PLEASE ALSO KEEP OUR PRODUCTS AND TINY COMPONENTS AWAY FROM PETS, AS WELL.
 


Return and Refund Policy

  • Terms of return:  All tiny succulents are inspected for general quality/appearance before shipping.  Please note that the succulents are sourced from a professional Plant Nursery prior to shipping to you; and they may/may not be shipped in their original 2"x2" plastic planter container.  return:  Returns accepted for DAMAGED OR WRONG PRODUCT RECEIVED, ONLY.  No other refunds on any merchandise/succulent plants.  However, an even exchange may be possible with an acceptable, legible and complete copy of the purchase receipt, proof of delivery and (2) pictures and emailed details of the defect in question.  Pickapot, LLC. will review and determine from evidence if an even exchange is warranted.
  • Include (2) separate photos of any quality issue reported to Pickapot within 5 calendar days of date showing on Receipt.  Please also include a photo of SHIPPING LABEL and the PACKAGE/BOX you received, with your EMAIL inquiry.
  • Must return any defective product within 5 calendar days of purchase date.  Copy of the purchase Receipt is required by Pickapot, LLC. to verify the purchase date, item(s) potentially affected.
  • State of return: SAME AS WHERE SHIPPED FROM - CALIFORNIA
  • Reason for return:  Returns accepted for DAMAGED OR WRONG PRODUCT RECEIVED.
  • Process for return:  Please send an EMAIL inquiry with the Customer Name, Order Date, and the Order Number showing on Receipt.
  • Process of even exchange:  If deemed warranted by Pickapot, LLC. any damaged shipment will be replaced with similar item (provided they're similar item is still in stock and available for shipment.
